We are currently seeking a self-motivated, Results Driven, Career Minded Person to fill A FULL-TIME Position on our Sales Staff. This management role is responsible for desking deals, Appraising / Purchasing of all Pre-Owned Vehicles, Training and Motivating through leadership. Previous Sales/Finance or Management Experience Preferred.

Automotive Service Advisor Job Duties

The job duties of a Highland Ford Service Centre Auto Service Advisor may include:
• Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
• Cataloging customers concerns and comments by listening attentively
• Writing service orders by describing symptoms, problems and causes discovered, as well as
repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures & entering service orders into database
system.
• Explaining repairs & recall notices to customers
• Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs

person, written and over the phone.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without getting flustered.
